Physicians Service Network (PSN) is a ten county network of clinics and more than 400 primary care physicians who have formed a new coalition to offer self-insured businesses, insurance companies, and HMOs a "one-stop" way to contract for cost-effective, high-quality managed medical care services on a capitated risk or other negotiated basis to health care purchasers.

The coalition includes family physicians, pediatricians, obstetricians/gynecologists, and general internists from eleven group practices. The individual member clinics of PSN have had long-term success in providing managed care in their respective local communities.
